How can I purchase a kit?
Click on the "Add to Cart" button on the home page.  This will take you to Paypal's secured server. 

How do you Process my Payment?
Your payment goes through the Paypal website.  Since Paypal is processing your payment, Two Spotted Dogs never sees your credit card information.  I have decided to use Paypal as my payment processor to provide a way to pay online that most customer's feel comfortable with.

Do I need a Paypal account to pay?
No.  If you do not have a Paypal account you can pay with a major credit card through their secure server.

What if something goes wrong during the checkout process?
Please email me at diane@ebeep.org.  I want to be sure that you are happy with our products and service.

Do I have to subscribe in order to buy kits?
Absolutely not!  i want you to be able to pick and choose the kits and products that are right for you.  Some people prefer to subscribe to a club because they receive a discounted price.  At Two Spotted Dogs, I strive to offer every kit at the best possible price for every customer.

Do I pay more for shipping if I order more than one kit?
No. Two Spotted Dogs has a flat rate for shipping.  You will pay only one $6.00 shipping and handling fee per delivery to a single address, within the United States.  Items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.  If you prefer to use another method of shipping, or if you are local and wish to pick up your merchandise, please email me at diane@ebeep.org to make arrangements.

Can I add to an existing order?

You certainly can. In order having Paypal charge you additional shipping, please send me an email at diane@ebeep.org listing the items you would like.  I will then email you an invoice which you can pay via Paypal.
